You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Wherever possible we support our local village post office (because we have one) and use Royal Mail First Class and Airmail, as appropriate. However some of our suppliers occasionally use a courier service and we will endeavour to inform you which service has been used when we send a confirmation of shipping email.
If you wish to use the Guaranteed Overnight delivery service you will be charged for it at the checkout. There are three options for Guaranteed Overnight, depending on the weight of the bag - light (handbags etc), medium (messengers etc), heavy (leather holdalls and large briefcases). Orders requiring Guaranteed Overnight must be placed befor 3pm and if we cannot guarantee overnight for any reason we will contact you either by phone or by email.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order out within two business days. If we can't, we will email you and give you the chance to cancel. International orders are generally received in five to ten working days, but this can be dependent upon the security status of customs service in each destination country.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
