RETURNS POLICY

Within the EU your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and as such you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Within the UK you can use the 2nd Class Post label supplied with your purchase, but we do advise customers to ensure they have a proof of posting as the good remain the property of the sender until received by Blokesbags.

In addition to the EU 'cooling off' period we are happy to have goods returned it to us in their original condition within 28 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty, damaged or misdecribed, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact. 

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
